你们要我讲美国黑人哪.  西方文化是以视觉为主的，所以肤色黝黑，脸型奇特，又人没有多少文化背景的黑人，从一开始就受到歧视. 就连远在东方的南亚印度，雅利安人从高加索下到印度，就因为他们的高加索血统，虽然经过那么多年已经完全印度化，但是很早就有了种姓制度，就把高等的，有白人血统的雅利安人, 和印度当地的又黑又矮小的土著，世世代代区分了开来.  美国建国两百多年，黑人是自从林肯那时候，才开始有了独立的人格，才渐渐的有了作为公民的正常权利. 你看美国著名画家Norman Rockwell 曾画过一副画，一个黑人女孩跟正常孩童一起去上学，却收到扔鸡蛋的羞辱，因为以前黑人和白人是不同校的. 她是第一次，在通过黑人白人同校法律以后，和那些白人孩子一同跨进学校的. 可你看她一开始受到的是什么待遇！有很多事情，当世界向前发展的时候，一开始总是会有磨合期, 阵痛期的，是不是因为这样我才老受到别人骚扰！ 应该说美国政府做了很多事情去提升黑人的地位, 和增加黑人的政治权利，比如将黑人组织起来建立黑人的教会，将娱乐业体育的很大一部分空间分给黑人来发展，因为黑人有这方面的特长. 在教育系统也给予黑人孩子有很多的优惠，让他们能够上好大学学习专业知识. 讲一个这边的笑话，这边有一个退伍军人医院是专门收黑人医学院毕业生的，而这个医院的出事率特别高，一般民众都不愿意上那个医院看病.  6park.com

也许是有歧视意味吧, 但是我是对这边少数族裔, 很多的从业人员的素质, 质量, 并不信任. Jackie 刚到洛杉矶的时候，除了她以前在国内打的，一岁以下的所有的防疫针，来美以后一岁要打许多新的防疫针. 记得有一次带Jackie去打针，六针一起打. 那时候Jackie刚过一岁，那个胖胖的拉丁裔的护士，怎么也找不到Jackie的静脉，戳了十几针啊，戳得的Jackie细小的胳膊上都是血点. 可是Jackie不哭，居然不哭啊. 可我心疼得要命，心都在流血啊！最后好不容易找到了静脉，Jackie小胳膊都肿了， 第二天还是青紫的. 我在中国，从来不记得静脉注射有超过两针的，基本上都是一针到位. 这边的亚洲人护士，也是水平高的. 所以如果有种族歧视，有时候也是没有办法的，因为整体素质不高. 在美国军队里，黑人有很强的势力. 因为家境关系很多黑人入伍受教育，是军队提拔了他们，教育了他们，组织了他们，让他们有地位, 有能力. 但有些文化素质，是属于历史的, 家庭的, 环境的，他们不可能有.他们永远不可能有像习主席, 88，大李哥那样深厚的政治文化功底和数理功力. 他们可以用一批印度人做打手，可就连后面控制他们的人, 都没有这种背景, 所以充其量也就是只识弯弓射大雕而已.你看后伊拉克时期，所有的颜色革命, 他们都束手无策毫无办法，留下一堆烂摊子. 用黑人做领袖，只是为了美国民主作秀用的, 是平衡政治用的. 如果你们提到的黑人是那批诧叱风云，挥洒乾坤的网络黑客，我觉得他们应该走向前台，应该以新的政治规则来来展示政权的运作. 并且在这个领域要制定律法，约束,限制, 祸害行为. 因为如果有人发疯，那种灾害是特别巨大的，有时候是会毁灭人类的. 美国花那么多人力, 物力, 去做竞选秀，真浪费.
