近日，美国驻华大使馆宣布，申请美国非移民签证的面谈业务将于2021年11月9日正式恢复。

同时，美国驻华大使馆也更新了非移民签证航空旅客入境美国的要求。





从11月8日下午1:01分起，除个别例外情况，

乘坐飞机前往美国的成年外国国民必须提供全剂量新冠疫苗接种证明以及旅行前三天以内的核酸检测阴性结果证明。

另外，前往美国的旅客仍需遵循当地的卫生健康指导，例如佩戴口罩和勤洗手。



此政策的例外情况将仅限于：

18岁以下的少年儿童因医学原因无法接种疫苗的人因紧急情况无法及时接种疫苗的旅客



未全剂量接种疫苗但有资格旅行的美国公民和合法永久居民 (LPRs)， 需要提供航班起飞前一日内的COVID-19阴性检测证明。

全剂量接种疫苗的美国公民和合法永久居民 (LPRs) ，需要向航空公司出示，疫苗接种证明和航班起飞前三日内的COVID-19阴性检测证明。

Embassy Beijing announces resumption of nonimmigrant visa interviews from November 9

The U.S. Embassy in Beijing is pleased to announce the resumption of nonimmigrant visa interviews from November 9, 2021. For more updates on U.S. visa policy, please follow @美国使馆签证处 on Weibo.

Beginning November 8, adult foreign nationals traveling to the United States by air, with limited exceptions, must demonstrate proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 and a negative COVID-19 test taken in the past three days.

Exceptions to this policy will be extremely limited:children under 18people medically unable to receive the vaccineemergency travelers who do not have timely access to a vaccine



U.S. citizens and Legal Permanent Residents (LPRs) who are eligible to travel but are not fully vaccinated will need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test one (1) day before their flight’s departure. U.S. citizens and LPRs who are fully vaccinated will need to present airlines with proof of vaccination and of a negative COVID-19 test three (3) days before their flight.
