如果中国智库的人愿意看我写的东西，那真是抬举我了，也许我说的是有一定道理，而且还爱开王的玩笑！今天看见厦门大学86级的毕业生举行校庆，把蔡琴，李宗盛等都邀请来开演唱会，并成功地募捐一亿多元！ 今天又看见上海交大慧眼识才，寻找 00年后在各个行业有所建树，出类拔萃的校友，并与他们建立联系，目的当然是提携母校！觉得现在的大学都非常厉害，积极向美国这边的大学看齐，无论是在募捐方面，还是寻找社会精英方面 .但是私下里，我却略有异议. 在人生中有两个重要节点，一个是职业一个是婚姻. 美国大学和职场企业是属于不同范畴的，也就是说中间是有距离的. Jackie小学时候的班主任是耶鲁毕业生，校长也是耶鲁毕业生. 班主任小时候对读书的付出并不比那位校长少，不然不会去耶鲁. 但是他要比那位校长颜值差多了！社会地位也低多了！在美国社会中60%的人，职业和大学所学不对口. 可以想见这个社会有多大的人才浪费！而在名校有这样一种说法，学生拿A做教授，拿B做主管，拿C，D的将来是董事长和捐款大户！对美国来说一流学校表示有钱，并不表示人才素质一定多高！不是吗？能赚钱，不一定要很高的教育背景，所以这就有一个怎样衡量人才的一个标准. 在美国金钱和颜值是最高标准，因为学问看不到摸不着呀！

Dear, if the people in China’s think tank are willing to read what I wrote, it’s really lifting me up. Maybe what I said is that there is some truth, and I still love the joke of Wang !Today, I saw the 86th grade graduates of Xiamen University hold a celebration, and invited Cai Qin and Li Zongsheng to the concert and successfully had more than 100 million yuan donation to school! Today, I saw Shanghai Jiaotong University’s talented people, looking for alumni who have made great achievements in various industries after 2000 years, and established contacts with them. The purpose is of course to bring their alma mater! I feel that the universities are very powerful now, and I am optimistic about the universities in the United States, whether in fund-raising or in the search for social elites. But in private, I have a slight objection. There are two important nodes in life, one is profession, the other is marriage. American universities and workplaces belong to different categories, that is to say, there is a distance in the middle. The teacher  in Jackie Elementary School is a Yale graduate, and the principal is also a Yale graduate. The class teacher is not much worse in learning than the principal  when he was a child. There are few headmasters, or they will not go to Yale. But he is much worse than the headmaster! Social status is also much lower! In the American society, 60% of people, vocational and university students do not match. Can you imagine how many talents are wasted in this society! In a famous school, there is such a saying that students with A are for professors, with B are for supervisors, with C, D  are the CEOs and a big donors in the future! For the United States, the first-class school is  that it has money, it does not mean that the quality of students must be high! No? Being able to make money does not necessarily require a high educational background, so there is a standard for how to measure talent. In the United States, money and face value are the highest standards, because knowledge learned can't be seen nor touched!
