军方和强权应把科技转为民用  The military and power should turn technology into civilian use

美国军方掌握着世界上最先进的高科技，我在想说如果中美两个军队可以合作，用美国的创意，中国人的实践，研发，应该会有很好的产品. 更有甚者，我知道日本, 德国, 英国, 北欧，甚至印度，都有一批很好的高科技研发人才. 整个社会的经济要发展，一个是调整经济结构，另一个就是有新科技来推出新的产业. 而研发需要大量的金钱时间更是头脑，是不是能够把全球的头脑都集中起来，把需要的项目分给大家做，嗯, 这个主意很有创意吧？我觉得其实这世界上并没有什么大事，真正大事都是強权自己搞出来的. 那么庞大的资金就维持这些得不偿失的胡乱项目，实实在在划不来. 应该把那些几百万军队的人，送到非洲去建设，把那些钱省下来去投资或给科研单位.把以前用于军事目的的变成民用的，比如说水文地理大气物理之类的观察管控，可以在世界各地，天上地下，各种目的，各个层次，多设几个自动监测系统. 不带国家的色彩而是以全球安全和平，地球有效管理为目的. 那很多国家与国家之间的争斗就会少很多，也不太会有土耳其把俄飞机打下来的事情，因为那些武器系统已经不属于国家，目的也不是为了某些国家和个人. 而且也不需要那么多的武器系统 .人们就会把更多的精力和智慧，用在如何改变全球经济使之越来越好上面了. 我觉得像马航，恐怖份子，这种等等都是神经有病的人做的事情！可惜这世界就是不安宁！

The US military holds the most advanced high-tech in the world. I am thinking that if the two armies of China and the United States can cooperate, using American creativity, applyChinese practice, and research and development, there should be good outcomes. What's more? I know that Japan, Germany, Britain, Northern Europe, and even India all have a good group of high-tech R&D talents. To develop economy of the whole society, one is to adjust the economic structure, and the other is to invent new technology to launch new industries. R&D requires a lot of money and time, is more of a mind. Is it possible to concentrate the global minds and distribute the required projects to everyone? Well, is this idea very creative?I think that there is nothing big in this world. The real big things are all made by the power itself. So huge funds wouldbe spent to keep these undiscriminated and lousy projects, and they really can’t make it. Those who have millions of troops should be sent to Africa to build, save the money to invest or give to scientific research units. The observation and control that has been used for military purposes can be turned into civilian use, such as hydro-geography, geophysics and physics, can be used all over the world, in the sky and underground. For the purpose of the project, there are several automatic monitoring systems at various levels. Without the preference of the country, it is aimed at global security and peace, and effective management of the earth. The battle between many countries will be much less and less likely. There are things that Turkey has taken down the Russian jet-planes, if those weapon systems are no longer owned by the state, and the purpose is not for certain countries and individuals, it does not require so many weapons systems. People will put more energy and wisdom to change the global economy to make it better and better. I feel like Malaysia Airlines, terrorists, etc. are all what sick people did! Unfortunately, this world is restless!
