Cambodia and Kenya have introduced visa-on-arrival policies for individual Chinese travelers, cnr.cn reported Monday. Under the policy, starting Monday, travelers are allowed to arrive in the countries with a valid passport and connecting flight ticket. A total of 47 countries and regions have introduced visa exemptions or visa-on-arrival policies for Chinese private-citizen passport holders.

据中国广播网3月31日报道，柬埔寨和肯尼亚自即日起，给予持普通护照的我国公民落地签待遇。我国公民持因私普通护照、联程机票即可前往上述国家旅行。截至目前，给予我国公民因私前往免签、落地签待遇的国家和地区已上升至47个。

迪拜向游客收取'观光费'

Dubai introduced a new fee Monday, called the tourism dirham (迪拉姆，阿联酋货币单位), to help finance Expo 2020,xinhuanet.com reported. Hotel guests now have to pay an additional RMB34 per room per night for a 5-star resort, RMB25 for a 4-star hotel and RMB17 for a 3-star hotel. Serviced apartments and budget hotels will cost about RMB12 more per night. The move comes only 4 months after Dubai won the bid to host the World Expo in 2020.

据新华网报道，自3月31日起，迪拜开始对所有酒店住客征收一种称为"观光费"的新税费，给2020年世博会提供财力支持。根据规定，迪拜的五星级酒店每间房每晚额外收取34元人民币的费用；四星级和三星级酒店分别为25元和17元；酒店式公寓和经济型酒店则额外收取约12元每晚。据悉，这项措施在迪拜赢得2020年世博会主办权后仅4个月就推出了。
